Please allow 3 to 10 working days for standard Royal Mail 48hrs (2nd class) delivery and 2 to 5 days for Royal Mail 24hr (1st class) delivery after being dispatched. Delivery is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed after 12pm Friday and over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday, excluding Public Holidays.

Please note delivery time is provided by Royal Mail as a guide only and during busier periods may take longer.

Expedited Delivery UK Mainland delivery options are dispatched the same day. Delivery can take 1 to 3 days. We need to receive your order by 1pm to process it as a next day delivery order. Delivery is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed after 12pm Friday and over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday, excluding Public Holidays.

Please note that any items sent via courier, or sent using our faster service will be liable to a surcharge if you live in the following areas: Ireland, Offshore, Highlands and Islands.

Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your contract and return the goods at any time up to 14 days starting from the day after the date on which you receive the goods. Any paid delivery charge will be included in your refund once we have received your order to the address specified below. Please note the delivery charge refund will be to the value of standard delivery. The goods must be returned to us within 14 days from the date you notify us of the cancellation.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receipt of the products. You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and wherever possible we would prefer that they be returned to us unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to deduct an amount if the goods have been diminished in value by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Faulty Goods

If you receive goods which are faulty or have been damaged in transit, please contact us using our online form.

In case item has to be returned back to us it will be inspected and if it is confirmed as faulty then we will issue a replacement or refund.

If an item is not faulty following inspection, then we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.

Quick DP2L 770 12V 350W vertical windlass kit for boats from six to eight meters (20-26ft). This kit is made up of the following Quick products: Quick DP2L 12V 350W Vertical Windlass with 6mm Gypsy (FSDP2L060006A00) The windlass has a stainless steel AISI 316 base and BHC construction with a rope and chain on a single gypsy. Other features include an integrated sensor and magnet for chain counter, a manual Free-Fall system, motor watertight to IP66 and a BHC material gearbox. Chain: 6mm DIN 766, 6mm ISO. Quick 10040 Hydraulic Magnetic Circuit Breaker (40A / DC) (FD1004000000A00) The Quick 40 amp hydraulic magnetic circuit breaker offers protection when using direct currents. The slow burn circuit breaker will trip in over-current situations, breaking the circuit and protecting your equipment.

They can be manually reset and are suitable for up to 80V DC. The Quick 10040 circuit breaker trips in the presence of shorts or prolonged overloads. Quick 900/UB Foot-Switch for Anchor Lifting (Up / Black) (FP900UB0000A00) The Quick up foot switch 900/UB in black is suitable for raising anchor without using your hands. The Quick foot switch features a normally open contact and a protective lid to prevent any accidental switch operation. Quick 900/DB Foot-Switch for Anchor Lowering (Down / Black) (FP900DB0000A00) The Quick down foot switch 900/DB in black is suitable for anchor lowering without using your hands.
